Here is Chuwi VI10 plus, is a 10.8-inch tablet that you can use with or without a keyboard. But the keyboard is not included in the package. You might have read our other tablet reviews of the same brand. If not, here’s a link. Now, coming back to Chuwi VI10 plus, it is available on Gearbest.com and carries a $144.99 price tag at the time of writing this post. The tablet PC comes quad-core processor with 2GB RAM and 32GB eMMC internal storage. Altogether will provide you with a decent experience of using tablet PC. The 64-bit processor also features low power consumption facility that makes Chuwi VI10 run for a long time. Let’s take a deep look at its specifications.
Also, the main attraction for the tablet is its battery. Yes, it possesses a battery of 8400mAh capacity that can even last up to days without charging the tablet. Now, Let’s take a deep look at its specifications.
Remix OS 2.0: Allows you to remain connected and productive

RAM + ROM: 2GB DDR3 RAM + 32GB eMMC ROM
External Memory: 128GB (not included)

Display and Camera
As Chuwi VI10 plus is two in one tablet PC it houses 10.8 inch IPS display with 1920 x 1280 resolution. Saying it is a dual voice device, you will find a difference in resolution when you switch the operating system. The display is quite sharp and clearer on windows compared to then on android.
When it comes to touch response the Chuwi VI10 plus do well there is no need to put extra force while using it is the touch response is excellent.
The display is very glossy and requires really high maintenance as the glass is finger print magnet.
The VI10 plus has only 2MP front and 2 MP rear camera. The picture with this tablet is bit blurry and not very detailed but I think the camera is OK for video calling as you are not going to take selfies with this tablet. Unfortunately one has to compromise with the camera due to price cutting measures.
Software -remix and windows
Chuwi VI10 plus is dual boot device which uses 2 different operating system. Windows 10 and remix OS 2.0. The user can switch from one to another very easily. And there is a difference in performance overall VI10 plus perform a little well on windows but the difference is not as big as you would expect.
Body design ( without keyboard)
The all new Chuwi VI10 plus is available in darker colors but still device look good and premium in one’s hard. VI10 plus weighs 0.686 kg which is really impressive.
The device is 27.64 cm long,18.48 cm wide and just 0.88 cm thick. Ports & connectivity is one of Chuwi VI10’s strong points. All ports are on the left side of the device and Are well spaced for easy access. The presence of two full sized USB 2.0 ports along with one micro USB port is what makes this tablet apart from other devices in the market. Well, 2 full sized USB port are very useful while using windows because you can plug two devices like wireless mouse or printer or external hard drive at the same time. On the other hand, full sized USB are not too useful while the device is running on android. It also has an HDMI port for 1080p video output.
Chuwi designed a special magnetic keyboard for VI10 plus. The keyboard is 10.6 inches long diagonally which seems quite small but the typing is really impressive and natural. The keyboard is optional and not included with the box but it’s fairly cheap and adds new dimensions to the user experience.
Chuwi VI10 plus – Hardware Performance
Chuwi VI10 plus comes with 2GB of r.a.m. and intel Cherry trail z8300 quad-core processor which is clocked at 1.4 Ghz. It has 32gb eMMC, this kind of storage are found in mainly in cheaper laptops or phones. Almost similar to SD card but quite slower than SSD storage which we can found on more expensive devices.
One will have to compromise with the storage 32 GB which I think is quite low as we get only 10.5 GB available free space in windows and 4.6 GB in android also, the 2 GB of memory is pretty good for a tablet and apps running. In the Android OS would be very responsive. you might encounter some problem on windows while multitasking.
The battery is definitely the point to buy this device. It can last up to 6-7 hours of continuous heavy use and might provide days of backup under normal use. It would be wrong if I would give it full marks in terms of battery. Furthermore, I said that tablet works better on windows than on Android. Hence, the battery last longer while working on Android as compared to windows. It takes approximately 5-6 hours to full charge this might be hard to accept.

- Can get easily damaged
- Low on RAM
- Low quality camerasDoesn’t perform equally well on both operating systems
- The time required for charging
- This model has lost the full-sized USB ports that made the previous one attractive
